UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £4.95 or free for orders over £200.

Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or
Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday) - £5.95 or free for orders over £500

We are unable to ship orders over 30kg Next Day Delivery. There may also be other additional products that are restricted from this
service. 

For orders that are palletised. Shipping will be arranged with the customer as they will require specific instructions for delivery.

Standard delivery and Next working day delivery is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Highlands and Islands. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Invoice

Payment by invoice applies to all emergency food bulk order and EcoFlow power bank and generators. Payment is made by Bank to Bank transfer to our business account or through our GoCardless facility which manages Bank to Bank payments.

When using bank transfer items will not ship until cleared payment is received.

PayPal, ClearPay and Klarna

PayPal Pay in 3 is offered by PayPal and is dependent on the customers PayPal facility.

Credit

We do not currently offer any credit facilities other than that already stated and offered by third parties such as PayPal.

My Discount Code is not working

Firstly, please check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears. Checking that the code is in date and has not expired. Please also check the T&Cs of your code for any product exclusions, the product may also be on sale and excluded from additional discounts. Some products may be excluded from discounts if they have long lead in times.

Offers

If there is a current promotion across the site discount codes are not valid unless the product is excluded from the current side offer. Discount codes will not apply on top of current offers unless otherwise stated.

Emergency Food Kits come in either tins or buckets. This allows easy storage in stable temperature cupboards, rooms and basements.
